Nope! A restaurant does not need to make a special order for an idiot who just.doesn't.get.it. He can order the item described on the menu or something else. Restruatns should not have to bend over backwards to oblige anyone.

I learned my lesson about wearing boots this past spring. Trying to finagle a pair of knee high riding boots while balancing my laptop and carry on bag was not a good look.

I love that color! I've always wanted to do lavender. Right now I have fuchsia highlights that are fading. I'm currently job searching so I can't do anything too drastic right now. If I get a cool/remote job I'm totally going full purple.

I don't know if there is a specific union for servers, but at the hotel I worked at servers were union employees. It was strange, the wait staff, bartenders, and sever assistants were all union, but the hosts were not. Even in the hotel portion not everyone was union. OHH, one of my friends made candy bacon for a wedding we attended. She was in charge of the snacks in the bridal suite and everyone was all over the bacon. We forgot to grab it from the fridge when we left which was such a shame.

We are kindred spirits. I put syrup on my bacon even if I'm not eating pancakes or waffles. The savory and sweet just mix together so well!

Team dress all the way. I add leggings in the cold weather months. I think I may have worn jeans maybe 2 or 3 times this whole summer. However I do love me a pair of skinny jeans. Paired with boots, tunic top and scarf and you have my fall/winter uniform.
