Its not the station limiting the charge rate its physics. Batterys are like sponges, you can charge them fast to start but to top them off you need to trickle the power in or it basically overflows and overheats causing problems. Battery tech is not at the stage yet for charging much faster then it is.

You can sleep in atesla with the heat on for weeks before killing the battery so being stuck outdoors overnight is a non issue really.
