Yeah, that’d bump it spec wise up against the 2.0 Supra. So that’s a no-go.

Exactly. Yeah it’s kinda old underneath. Good. It’s being built in the present and will come with a warranty and likely won’t be that expensive. Plus the one thing that REALLY benefits from modernity (engine) is the most modern part of the car.

Can we please stop talking about the C8 in every single Supra thread? The Supra is faster and cheaper than the Z4 M40i and the Cayman/Boxster. It will probably be more refined than the C8, though the C8 admittedly looks far more refined than the C7. So it does have a niche.
