Better swap: LF9 into a 1964 Oldsmobile, keep everything stock except for the driveline. Build the engine for utter reliability, maybe put a turbo on it? Anybody have an LF9 I can buy?

@Xelmon: No, but they're not as powerful, and some people don't consider head gasket changes part of routine maitnence.
