Those are all first party titles, there are hundreds of 3rd party titles that will never see a re-release or remake in any shape or form. If I was a developer I would much rather people enjoy the game I make by any means they can if I'm not seeing any of the profit from it anyways. I'm not condoning piracy, but…

I really don't see why it matters if people download ROM's of older titles. It's not like the developers will get any money if you buy the physical copy of the game.

I agree with you, all characters should be unique, but it's difficult to have so many unique characters and still have a balanced roster. I'd rather have a balanced roster than a big one.

Happened to me with my Nexus S 4G. I am able to get JB and Google Now, but choose to stay with ICS since Google Now just slows down my phone and kills the battery way to much.

This would be perfect 3DS. Not only is the color totally rad, it's based on my favorite Zelda game, and it's an XL. Absolutely perfect.
