Is Nixon in there? I’m legit asking...
Honestly, I’ve been playing AC Origins and...I wish I could play as Aloy. Or Aya. I thought Ubisoft was making strides when they gave us Evie Frye in Syndicate, but now that I’m back to just watching some dude jump off of buildings once again, it’s just...meh. I want to get into this game, but I’m not, and I think…
They changed it to “this guy fudges” for the broadcast.
6 of one, a half dozen of the other. Random is still random, and perception weighs heavy on anecdotal evidence. If you broke up with someone who drove a VW Beetle, maybe you’d be driving around thinking, “Holy cow, I never knew so many people drove those dumb cars.” That’s because if you’re looking at anecdotal…
You’re correct, but those are two different things that aren’t directly comparable. If X action is supposed to net you Y experience, that’s a tally and you can measure those gains directly. Exotics are always, even with 3oC, the result of a random number generator. If the odds of getting a yellow shiny are 10% without…
I’ve tried to play both XIII and XV, but I can’t get into them. I think it’s something about the aesthetics of both, they’re too slick and they don’t offer the same kind of mythical, gothic intrigue of the other entries.
Before I was generalizing, but upon seeing that you repeatedly begin your comments with, “Um...” now, I’m saying to you directly: stop that. Just use your words, and get to your point faster. If you have one.
That warms my heart, thank you for sharing :)
If you read the article, it very clearly states that there is no proven bug or issue with 3oC, it’s simply a perception that Reddit users have, and shared with one another.
Exotics barely dropped at a higher rate, in the first game, even with a 3oC. So this is a baseless complaint, and if you don’t want to play a game, you don’t have to. I played the entirety of AC: Unity, and my brother just told me he bought a copy of it for $5 at a Five Below. It’s a terrible game, and it was terrible…
Holy hell, these people need to play literally any other game. This isn’t the game for them. Exotic drops weren’t that great even WITH a 3oC in the first Destiny, but of course Reddit is aflame with this kind of crap. It’s like that old joke, where a guy says he loves Elvis’ music, but he hates his fans? That’s…
I was on his IMDB page yesterday, and yeah he does have a lot of cool credits. I just couldn’t find a lot that I could say to my mom, “he’s that guy from this thing,” which isn’t the only determining factor of success. I recognized him right away from Arrested Development and his amazing turn on Silicon Valley, and he…
You’re right, actually. I was playing yesterday, and I was astonished at how shitty the main character looks when he runs, and additionally how shitty EVERYONE else looks in comparison to him. I get that they don’t put as much effort into animating NPCs, but you can really see where they cut corners this time, to make…
I’ll have to check out that 2nd Foo performance if it’s good, but woooof the first song was TERRIBLE. You couldn’t even hear half of the instruments, the sound quality was so, so bad. I thought U2 stunk up the stage recently, but that first song gave them a run for their money. I turned it off after Update.
Maybe you will, but I won’t. I got enough after season one. Unless someone wants to show me a supercut of all of Claudia’s scenes.
Judd Apatow, rinse, repeat.
Maya flubbing her line was my favorite part too, and mostly because I didn’t expect Chris Diamantopoulos to be able to turn it back around so quickly. That guy hasn’t done a whole lot (it seems, to me at least), but he’s fantastic in everything I’ve seen him in.
I watched the entire first season, but mostly because of Claudia O’Doherty, who is just outstandingly funny. Jacobs is wonderful, too, but Paul Rust’s character made me want to claw my eyes out. Perhaps it’s the mark of good writing that he got under my skin so much, but I began to seethe with anger whenever I saw him…
I just don’t understand anyone who thinks that working in tech is still a novel concept for comedy. Modern Family already did an entire episode on their iPads, so it’s really a quaint notion. I give them props for their bravery.
I 100% agree, but when they announced they were partnering to bring their app onto PlayStations, I had to go with Spotify. I think their algorithm is worse at providing variety when you’re listening to a radio station, but being able to listen to podcasts in-game while I’m grinding out some shiny Destiny loot is so,…
