That is mine! Unfortunately Jezebel didn’t include the update. The incident happened just over a month ago. Since then, my daughter has repeatedly (and nonchalantly) said “mummy has a shadow on her back”. She’s not precise about verb tense so I think/hope it’s past tense.

Update! This happened a few weeks ago, aka shortly before I posted it. Several times since, usually at dinner when we’re talking, my daughter will nonchalantly say “mummy has a shadow on her back”. She’s not grasped the concept of past and present tense, so I sincerely hope she means HAD. She’s said it 4 times now.

Reading is fundamental - “we move her bed to a downstairs bedroom and take turns sleeping on the floor next to her bed”.

We moved into a new to us house 6 months ago. There are 2 large bedrooms upstairs, and 2 small bedrooms on the main floor. My husband and I take one of the upstairs bedrooms and our 2 year old daughter is in the other. Since moving in, she’s been a bad sleeper - up several times during the night, sometimes crying,
