From a designer’s standpoint, it’s fairly unresolved. There are a lot of elements that don’t interact well with each other and subsequently seem like afterthoughts. It’s nearly there, just needs more refinement.

Bingo. This SoHo “studio” is a scam by GM lifers who want to live it up in “The City.” There’s no way to justify this. This is GM execs refusing to admit they were duped by Johan into a moronic headquarter move that’s burned at least $100M in remodels, rent, etc.
I’d bet rent on this SoHo sq/ft is approx. $3-4 MILLION per MONTH. Shareholders should be fuming — GM owns plenty of real estate in Metro Detroit.
