Haruhi Murakami. I devoured his short story collection, "Blind Willow, Sleeping Woman", but I did not get the same vibes from his other works.

"Civilization" by Justice

My parents and my younger brother came over to visit me during my third year of college. I suggested on a whim to them that we go to the movie theatre and watch "The Kids Are All Right" and I even briefed them on the details (lesbian couple, their kids, and their birth father).

Ho, ho, no way.

I liked her mad rush to the stage.

Best part of the ehh-mmys? Billy Eichner on the Street. I'm convinced to watch his show now.

Ted Logan! Such a dope, but he's an awesome choice.

His brothers were seen for a bit at his wedding. They all seem as goofy as him.

He's from Parks and Recreation. Can currently be seen as Star-Lord in an equally awesomesauce Marvel film.

Andy Dwyer would make for an awesomesauce big brother.

The Girl Who Leapt Through Time was touching stuff, and I'm not much of an anime fan to begin with. I have yet to see Summer Wars though; its psychedelic color palette is quite beguiling.

I've been meaning to get into Nichijou actually since it looks so offbeat and ridiculous. Plus, it has a sarcastic talking cat.

@Jasper Pike; I don't have enough fingers and toes to count the number of moments Pushing Daisies has made me euphorically giddy.

I've only watched Penny Dreadful but damn is it a finely tuned gothic show. Real life gets in the way for me to catch up on all shows, but I'd be clinched to give Broad City, Looking, and Fargo a shot.

Giving it up for Bob's Burgers, the most hilarious musical show Fox has to offer
( *shuffling Glee's unconscious body behind the stage curtain* ).

I haven't lived in New Orleans, Louisiana, my birthplace, for more than two decades. But knowing that I share a homestate with forever cheerful talk show hostess and memory-deficient fish Ellen deGeneres gives me positive vibes.

Thanks for recommending Transference. I will get around to it this month - I'm working my way through another album first.

I listened to Spoon's 2007 album Ga Ga Ga Ga Ga on a whim while magazine surfing. It's good stuff, definitely minimalist.

True that about the cathartic respite. After all the nonstop craziness everyone's been through, the dance allowed for a sprightly breath of relief.

Me too - I never thought I'd say that about four episodes ago but wow. I'm sure Cosima referred Scott to Marion's own little Dyad lab elsewhere.
