French horror is brilliant and terrifying. They have a few genres there where the tendency is to go balls-out on the social commentary and marry it with beautiful but super grotesque imagery. If you like French dark horror with political messages, I recommend checking out Frontière(s). It centers on young Muslim

You know what is weird? Ray Romano was on Parenthood and it was one of the finest acting jobs I have ever seen.

I stepped in dog shit a couple years ago.

He was asserting dominance by forcing his frequent displays of “affection” on her.

I love that this year, a number of the scariest stories centered on non-ghost incidents. The modeling gig... the poisoned uncle... a woman buried alive... a madman in the basement... Sometimes the spookiest stories are the ones about other humans.

I don’t know what’s deceptive about fabletics. They tell you multiple times when you sign up that if you don’t cancel your month by the 5th they charge you $49 that gets credited to your account. It makes you buy a gift card for yourself basically, and skipping a month takes one click. They also email you enough that

I worked on that analogy for weeks.

The rest of the rape is

You’re right. There’s also the implied sexual assault of a dead child. Versions of the movie that were released in the U.S. have some of that cut, however. (if you’re getting it online, though, it will feature all of it).

I think a stronger warning is necessary for A Serbian Film. Potential viewers should note that “defilement of small children” is more accurately described as “newborn rape”.

I mean that’s definitely a pair of compression shorts and that’s definitely a fully erect dick.

The yelling is beyond what she should have done because it edges into harassment, which is illegal, but I think following and filming him is kind of an ideal response because it is legal. As you said.

AWESOMELY pissed

Sorta related. I actually started wearing a fake about three years ago. Partly, it was working in sales/hospitality, and not wanting people to interpret my friendliness as anything more than that.* But I did notice the way I was treated changed — particularly by people who were older than I was. I got “sweetie”d and

eh. Acknowledging what others do is a good practice. If my husband and I both clean the house, we both thank each other. not because it wasn’t expected, but because it is appreciated.
