I don’t think they do, either. I am white and my family always used wash cloths. It was weird to discover, via sleepovers, that no other white family seemed to use them.

It’s not healthy to wash your skin every day. Tits, bits and pits is a good rule of thumb for every day you aren’t active, didn’t really sweat, and didn’t really go outside much. Especially in the winter.
If evening guests means reception without the ceremony, I’m all for that. Sign me up to skip the boring shit.

I don’t buy that. These are the same people who probably think that welfare, ACA, etc. are all fine when white people are using them, but are a “government handout” when utilized by non-whites.
They’ve always needed it, they were just too stupid to realize Obama Care and the ACA are the same damn thing.
IS she a bad person? I don’t really know much about her (yet; I plan to watch the documentary now), but if all she’s done is steal jewels, well...there are far worse crimes.
Clinton won Genesee County, which is where Flint is located. And rest assured, only Flint is drinking the poisoned water; everyone else’s water is fine (as far as they know, but honestly, I bet there are many states across the USA with a crisis like Flint’s waiting to happen)
Yeah, I am pretty sure there would still be a healthy tourism industry to visit places where there USED to be royalty. Hell, there might even be more tourism if they also get kicked out of all of the palaces so that tours can see even more.
I honestly don’t know. They’re going to have to figure it out eventually, though, to stay in business in the USA. I’m a size 14, so I’m often at the higher end of most “straight” shops but too small for plus size. So I already struggle with things fitting weird.
That’s a good point. Maybe I shouldn’t say “most” so much as higher-end or those with some kind of “image” to uphold? I know, for example, Lululemon has said that they just don’t want bigger girls in their yoga pants. I’m not sure if their clothes actually reflect that, as I wouldn’t shop there even if I was a…
I believe trans-women are women, and were born women. They simply lack a uterus. There are studies that show that trans-women and trans-men have brains more like the gender they feel they actually are. Their experiences are going to be different, of course, than a cis-woman’s experience, but that doesn’t mean they…
I’m going to preface all this by saying I’m a bigger girl: thin, flat-chested girls have always been the favorite of designers, and who they want representing their brand. Most women in the USA are overweight, but you wouldn’t know that, looking at the sizes at most clothing stores. A few times a year there’s a think…
I can’t absorb the feel-good vibes of this story because all I’m able to feel is fury at his mother.
Sounds more like a Midwestern thing.
I empathize with a lot of what you’re saying.
If they can vote, they’re citizens and not relying on Visas. I’m not saying you’re wrong that such beliefs (if they hold them) are racist, but this particular executive order isn’t going to hurt them.
You need reading comprehension lessons.
“Every race struggles and some don’t.”
I think we need to do a left version of the tea party to get these fuckers in line, personally.
