True, but the point I was making originally is that the amg gtr is faster than the nismo gtr, and the black series will be even faster than that, so i’d be willing to bet my unborn child that the black series is faster than the zl1. I wasn’t trying to defend the nismo, just using it as a rough benchmark.

It very well may have been a lie. But that’s a slippery slope, because can we really say that any manufacturer-provided ring time is real? The old gtr nismo did beat the zo6 in a motor trend head to head a while back, and I doubt Chevy would let the zl1 be faster than the zo6.

This should be properly insane. The gtr is insanely fast as is, so I can’t imagine how fast this will be. I hope they ditch the ugly green paint, though.
