Cookie cutter hoa’s aren’t always the most valuable properties. People are starting to gravitate to older, more interesting houses that clearly weren’t cookie cutter, at least where I live. And I don’t agree with all of the HOA’s General ideologies. I think some of their rulings on paint and fences are silly.

Well at least you stand by your extreme interpretation of subjectivity. I’ll give you that.

Could I interest you in an authentic Soviet public bus? I have an odd fixation on Soviet buses.

By that logic, I should be able to paint my house throw-up yellow, then proceed to draw a number of extremely detailed dicks on my garage doors. Somebody may like it, so it’s fine!

Let’s say this guy lives in a neighborhood with 19 other houses. 19/20 property owners think his truck is an eyesore, so THEY should all move to a different neighborhood. Sounds very reasonable.

I don’t live in an HOA, don’t need to. Our neighborhood is able to operate well as is. My neighbors who have boats, RV’s, trailers, or a large number of cars all pay to store them elsewhere. Neighborhood looks great, neighbors still get to have their hobbies. Good system if you ask me.

Let property values slip? I’ll pass, thanks.

Yeah. I don’t really find fire trucks, airplanes, or military vehicles to be “cool” to look at every day. The charm would wear off rapidly. I live in a sought after neighborhood, and I can’t imagine what it would do to home prices here. RV’s, fire trucks, planes, military vehicles, box trucks, derelict cars, semi’s,

These posts are getting old. “Man parks collection of fire trucks in front of house” “man parks airplane in driveway”. Can we stop defending these people? They are any eyesore, and they make the neighborhood look like a circus, which hurts house prices. What’s so wrong with neighbors trying to maintain their house

Well sorry, I thought you were asserting that the cavs should be considered title favorites “because lebron!”. And the warriors roster is, on paper, the best NBA roster ever assembled. It’s not really fair lebron has attempt to get past them every year, but that’s just the way things go I guess.

Authentic!

Granada, Mercedes, what’s the difference?

I’m not a bron hater. I just legitimately don’t get the benefit of the doubt he gets come playoff time. He pushed to keep Tristan Thompson. He pushed to trade for Kevin love. He brought aboard a lot of the role players as well. I’m not necessarily saying he had the wrong decisions roster-wise, but I am saying that if

That’s what I was thinking. If it was too bad for GM to go forward with it, that must have meant it was inconceivably bad.

The interior feels like a Mercedes! We swear! Here, look at these non-paid actors and valets vouching for it!

+1 for Andre nickatina

You’re missing the point. If he’s failed more often than he’s succeeded in the finals, why just assume he’ll win in the end? It’s illogical.

to that point, he’s only 1-1 vs inferior teams (Mavs, thunder). They’ve been the inferior team vs the Spurs and the warriors. But lebron deserves a good amount of the blame there, especially in his second stint with the cavs. He’s basically acting as the gm at this point, and any problems he has with this cavs roster

He’s an orange scarecrow filled with gravy.

Kfc’s tenders are pretty good. Stay far away from the actual fried chicken though.
