Flying from a carrier increases losses exponentially, they fly far more hours than the Russian planes, and they are older on average. Plus I don’t trust those numbers or the Russians to be honest about crashes... if there is no western witness they aren’t going to admit to it.

I think the key would be to offer a second swapable battery pack on a rack where the tractor drives in unhooks the battery which is dead to start charging, then picks up the other battery which is charged. On top put some solar or wind power and it’s looking better.
