Asian countries and female pilots until now have to weigh at least 136 and that’s never been a problem... To fly a fighter you have to be at least 5'6" and strong to deal with g forces which means 95% of the time it doesn’t matter. I do think it will be a nice feature but it’s hardly necessary
The 35s flight dynamics have all exceeded the contract.

Software is hard but it will get there, most planes at IOC have far more problems and many less abilities.
Israel, Japan, and Korea are not partners but are all buying the 35. Britain confined 138, Australia 100. Oh and the partners other than the UK do NOT have to buy any planes at all... It is a help but two engines and 50% more mass cost a lot more upfront and to maintain. Add two pilots and entirely new infrastructure , weapons, and support personnel.
