I'm sure someone else downthread (or up upthread) has already mentioned this, but Nick Offerman absolutely owned the tole of Ignatius J. Reilly in the stage adaptation of A Confederacy of Dunces. He was so amazing that I can't imagine another actor in the role.

I disagree. I think Gotham strikes an enjoyable balance between the camp of the 60s series and the grim dark Nolan films. I have l8ked both seasons.
