Waiting for firehopping elitist to come in here to complain about the lowering of skill ceiling.

Because, as always, Nintendo has no idea what the fuck they’re doing.

I hope someday they release a 2DS with 3D capabilities

To me this seems like a “damned if they do, damned if they don’t” type situation. People have been asking for this, now it’s announced and people are upset that it’s not exactly what they wanted. Would you have been happier if they just stuck with the futuristic setting of the most recent entries?

Exactly! Give us multiple stories that keep you on edge of the seat. The reason why everyone loves that nuke scene in MW1, is because nobody saw it comming.

Hell I’d like to see the average experience of the German infantry soldier during the war. Most of them were conscripted to fight like everyone else and it’s a tale that’s never really been told in big media due to the whole “all Germans in WWII were Nazis” myth that still get perpetuated.

We already got that with WaW. If they did that again people would just complain that they basically remade WaW.

The game was greenlit 3 years ago, before BF1 was even announced or leaked. People have been asking for a return to WWII to Vietnam for a while now.

Not my chair not my problem, that’s what I say.

Omg Yes, only when you read Trump’s ‘dialog’ in the voice of coked up Macho Man Randy Savage does it start to make sense.

A friend of mine who went to a prestigious law school said about half his classmates were using coke to get through. When I, midwest raised boy that I am, asked why they didn’t just use meth, he said something like, “They think too much of themselves; they’re not truckers.”

Guy definitely has more skill than I have on those. Last game I worked on was a copy of Super Smash Bros for the N64 I found recently. Someone had just pitched it in a box next to a city trash receptacle.

The older I get the more fascinated I am by how old games and hardware get preserved and the little idiosyncrasies of all the plastic and metal inside. I think mostly because I realized that stuff won’t be around forever. And the Dreamcast is a perfect example—so many great games and unique hardware that’s slowly

I have to routinely open my Dreamcast to adjust a tiny screw that stabilizes the GD-rom drive. Worth it for MvC and Jet Set Radio.

Twice the price and a hundredth of the effort.

...if it really wants a word with a stoned cyber-Corgi, then it’s already lost whatever argument it was planning to levy.

“Mushroom Samba” remains the best Cowboy Bebop episode ever.

The Jinder thing doesn’t bother me, largely because...what does pay-per-view mean anymore? They only build interesting angles around four of them, only two of them mean anything to their quarterly reports. They just try to pump up the network a little bit. I wish they’d do more one-off house shows on the network, like

what???????
