Friendster?

I agree. I use a FireWire with my MBP, but still, I've almost never met a non-mac user with a FireWire port. Luckily, mine has a USB 2.0 port.

I actually think 1 disk plus streaming is perfect. I love the streaming on Netflix and how easy it is. I also love the commentary and features on the DVD. If content providers don't stream, I'll rent and rip.

If they kill Netflix, more people will turn to Torrents. The money I save via Netflix will be placed in a private proxy servers for complete anonymity on the web. This is a war they can't win, ask the music industry.

I haven't had cable in years. I prefer Netflix on the PS3 for just watching shows as I browse the 'net. Anything not on Netflix? Torrents. I feel like the content providers and distributors don't realize that people like me are willing to pay for the content, but if they keep making the process as difficult as

FireWire is a bad example, I'm pretty sure anything that Apple adds will catch on "with Apple users".

"The U300s will start at $1,195 while the U300 can be had for $799 and the U400 $849." Via Engadget.

Wait, you have woods in your mouth?! how does one remove them from your mouth?

Gotta love Steve's photo. Best. CEO. Photo. Ever.

I worked in the Apple Store when they first came out, and when people are dropping 2-3k on hardware, it was pretty simple to sell them a 99$ Apple TV. Kinda like when Best Buy and such were hawking HDMI cables for $100+. But since then, sales dropped and no one really walks in with the sole intention of buying an

Like most people, of course Jobs has his faults but it's hard not to admire him for bringing Apple from near bankruptcy to one of the most valuable companies in the world. Not to mention the "faith and vision" he had in Pixar and we all know how that turned out.

2009 Jobs is scary skinny, but it looked like he was getting better in '10. Sadly, he looks like he regressed this year. Whatever your opinion is on Apple, you have to appreciate Jobs' mind.. I mean Apple AND Pixar?! *Tips Hat*

$430 is a bit ridiculous for the projector equipped model. You can get a pretty great TV for $430 bucks these days.

The camera isn't even out yet and you're already knocking it's performance, a bit premature? Plus, you're not forced to shot at the highest MP, just crank it down a bit.

I treated this like an Apple post: "Ok, it's great, but HOW MUCH IS IT?!"

I remember when Hulu first hit the scene. I'm pretty positive my Torrenting of TV shows decreased by a large percentage. Then they started delaying House by 7 days meaning that I'd always be an episode behind. Screw you. Haven't used Hulu in years.

There's still advertising on Hulu Plus? Wait...what? I'll stick to Netflix and Torrents.

As much as I would love to think it "merges all the good, cuts the bad", I think everyone knows T-Mobile is going to be gutted, and AT&T is going to keep the same practices going. They'll continue honoring the TM contracts until their end date, and force everyone to a AT&T contract. Simple.

I'm more of an Android person now, but I support the next iPhone to be waterproof! Apple will make it seem like it's the first company to do it, and will market it like crazy, but you know what? All other manufactures will follow suit. Let's Go Steve!

Oh I think we're just on the wrong page. When I hide the failbar, I DO get the lefthand box of friends online. But, what I would like is the old method of the bar and seeing all your friends organized by lists. I think this is also what everyone else would like. But, you are right, when hidden the friends on the left
