I think you are missing the key point. There is a significant portion the the population (both men and women) that see abortion as murder of a human being. You only see one person whereas they see two and you are denying not only the freedom but the life of the other person with abortion.

I think we will never be over this issue. The problem is, a large chunk of the country sees abortion as murder. It is to them what “oh well he’s my kid so I can take him out behind the shed and shoot him with a 12-gauge if I want” is to you. You would demand those people be institutionalized, or locked in prison, or…
