I imagine that it’s not shipped in one piece, so there are probably access points for the anchor locations for the fasteners needed for assembly.

This is the correct answer. If you want to get Preston’s perk, do his stuff first, and then just complete a quest and never talk to him again. Also, never, ever listen to Raido Freedom - if you don’t listen, or hang out at the Castle, you never get “Settlement Under Attack” quests.

Cait isn’t actually too bad. You just can’t give any of your stuff away, while making money. If you put her in power armor she gains affinity super fast. Her trait is kinda lackluster compared to others like Piper and Val, but her side quest is good, and her dialog is interesting, so worthwhile doing.

The boys only demographic issue is a problem for all of the consoles (especially Nintendo), and the XBox does have some appealing smaller titles that are more casual/female directed, so at least there’s that.
