@XerxesQados: It's a balancing act. Good for consumers can be bad for content producers, and vice-versa. Exploits will exist in any system. It's just about minimizing the impact for all the parties you're responsible to.

@SEDAGIVE?!: I work with quite a few mobile publishers, and they see the refund policy as a major exploit, and it makes them more reluctant spend the same resources on Android as iOS.

What I don't understand is that there are 1000's of actual sweatshops in China with terrible working conditions, and they don't have this problem. What is going on there?

This is smart. I feel like green marketing totally misses how to appeal to the other side.
