I've kept all mine, all issues of Nintendo Power back in the NES/SNES/GameCube days. I also found Gamepro #1 when I was home last, which I didn't realize I had.

I'll wait for the SNES version. :)

I haven't read the post yet, but on the face of it this sounds like a half-retraction. He still believes it but shouldn't have said it? Seems more like he should have withheld judgment altogether until he played some games and gathered some experiences. I believe some games do provide an artistic experience.

@andrew2696: I had an amazing find over the weekend, my parents are cleaning out the old house and I found a G1 Shockwave in the box. I didn't even remember I had bought this as a kid.

@Scallat: This is the big reason why I never bought the first game. I played the demo and I just seemed too overpowered to make it interesting.
