@skymoon31: Far in the future. The standard isn't finished and no browsers fully support all the proposed features.

@genterara: Looks like I still have to pirate MagicISO...

@nav13eh: I dunno, for anyone that spends hours working in front of a computer, it's pretty nice to get a reminder.

@TyphoidKitten: But that's exactly what the Windows uninstaller is.

@chickennakatsu: The rig you linked to is almost $300. The DIY rig isn't aimed at people with a budget like that, this is more for regular Youtubers and small time internet video guys.

@Bruce_Wayne: Most people couldn't get anything that smooth without anything on the bottom of the camera. It's not perfect, but it keeps the movement smooth enough to avoid the shaky cam effect.

Why would you need a program to uninstall other programs? Seems counter productive when every installed program typically comes with an uninstaller already.

I really wish they'd implement resume play. It's the main reason why I stick with SMplayer, which is pretty buggy/crashy.

This causes non-MKV files to crash for me. Pretty annoying.

@Robert Raines: I use it as a Gmail and Torrent notifier. Overall though, it's not even remotely as good or useful as the Mac version.

@tbhuang2: It's a great idea if you're running free dropbox like me with only 2gigs, and you absolutely need some files to remain synced.

@nolimitsplayer: That only works if there's enough stuff surrounding the areas with people that would let you perform the fill. In a densely crowded area, content aware would be mostly useless.

@geekening: Ubuntu's the more popular distro for general users, in other words the people who visit Lifehacker. There are plenty of other places to get an overview of the new features.

Nearly free speech is great, though using their services can be a bit of a headache if you're not entirely sure how to do something.

That's probably the stupidest idea I've seen posted on this site. You'll end up either breaking your disc tray or your iPod, or both.

It'd be nice if the site supported non-Americans too.

Vista wasn't the horrible OS everyone makes it out to be, it was actually pretty good. The only problem was the huge jump in system requirements and the lack of driver support(Which wasn't Microsoft's fault at all).

@TheFu: You didn't have to buy that laptop.

I didn't even know there were ads in Hotmail messages. Adblocking is pretty great.
