It’s not a rumor. News, Stocks and Voice Memos are all unified iOS/macOS apps that are running on macOS Mojave. It was announced last summer at WWDC that they are planning on bringing the technology to all developers, but wanted to do it with a couple in house apps first to iron out any kinks.

Both teams have two short changes, and one long change each game (that ends in regulation).
