It would still depend how they obtained the document in the US. If they, let’s say, got the document by gaining entry to employee only materials by posing as an employee - not sure they’d still be completely in the clear.

They’re famously not ok with employees speaking out over it - they simply granted them permission recently to speak after they were getting torn apart for claiming (as a positive) that employees were working 100 hours a week.

Yep, I saw. And it just makes the person that did it way more pathetic. And that, to me, still is surprising. I didn’t touch on this bit as much before but including an actual persons name was the biggest “why would you do this?”... in an effort to get people excited over nonsense they pulled a random person and his

A key point people were making at the time was that the specific Grinch art hasn’t been publicly displayed before that point.

Many people are treating the content of the original leak as evidence that it’s true, but that’s not how it works.

Well yes, that’s what I mean, there’s no official info that’s come out since so nothing is really “proof” that it’s real

...as far as I understand, nothing that’s happened since the “leak” has happened that has proven anything.

A brand new “leak”—one that’s completely unverified and in fact likely to be fake—is polarizing the Smash community and has led to non-stop drama over the past week.

If anything, I would think it would generate interest in it.

Resident Evil 2 would have been a better choice than that scam of a Director’s Cut.

The only problem I have is that there was hope that this console would include SoTN

The dances aren’t single-handily making them all the money. The outfits are a much larger draw. Removing the dances would not suddenly make the game “hollow”. Are you even familiar with the game? Spoiler alert - the dancing emotes are NOT a major game mechanic. They’re a silly gimmick and Epic shouldn’t “remove them”.

I’m aware of what “trolling” is. Using that as blanket excuse to dismiss bad behavior is simply allowing the problem to continue. No - this was not all “trolling”.

No, this wasn’t all just people “trying to be funny”.

Consoles aren’t PC and you pay for a service. As part of the service - they offered you a consistent experience on their platforms (such as Party Chat and actual Support) and, for instance relating to this discussion, Microsoft managed the servers on all* games that had XboxLive. Whether a game failed or not - the

You don’t need to pay for Plus to play PS3 games online.

Maybe nothing demonstrates just how ingrained this legacy of theft is than Back To The Future trying to spin a white boy from the 80s giving Chuck Berry the idea for Johnny B. Goode as humorously ironic.

Don’t try to misconstrue the point just because you were proven wrong.

Strange - I thought I replied to this... but containing an option for emote dances is not the same thing as needing them. They similarly don’t need to remove dance emotes simply because musicians want to make money off a popular game.

How does it not work?
