So, as a starred commenter, is it acceptable to approve new commenters in the open thread? I've seen some that have been approved, but then there's always the whole "You'll need a commenter account to participate, then you're ready to roll."
@Darklighter: I've been seeing a bunch of them outside walmart lately, trying to sell more.
@Todone: Interesting concept. Encourages a different state of mind. "I have some free time, so what can I do right now?" Not sure if it would work well in practice for me though.
@soldstatic: I think I just found my favorite. Easy to set up, and quick. Most importantly, very harmless.
@travisco_nabisco: In some ways it's just annoying, but me, I'm looking forward to what Google has for tomorrow. Already expecting something, so that takes some of the fun away, but I know it'll will be brilliant.
I get up around 7 or 8 usually for school. I hate mornings with a passion, though. I'm basically a night owl forced to live a morning person's schedule. It's not pretty.

Great! I love having ways to do things in Firefox that don't always require another extension. Might not be quick and seamless, but it's a good tradeoff to keep the extension count low.

@geiko: Never really listened to NPR on the traditional radio itself, but I LOVE listening to the podcast of Wait, Wait, Don't Tell Me! Although I would consider it more of a game show than news.
I'm still living at home, so while I primarily get my news online, my parents still buy the paper, so I glance at the front page occasionally.
Unfortunately, that ends up being every week for me. Although I've found I actually work better under pressure. More likely to get cracking on it if it's urgently due tomorrow.

So, this will allow easy, online access to my passwords as well? I think my school's IT Dept. would rather that I didn't install the browser extension on every single computer I ever log onto.
