It’s by design! Perfect!

This. So glad I got my truck before they started doing console shifters.

Wait, wouldn’t that mean Jordan was worse than Curry? Or did the Bulls win every game in the playoffs by more than 37?

Ahh. Thats what I was remembering. He’s now in LA.

Even a second time... Isn’t Andrew from LA?

Isn’t Andrew from LA?

I hope he doesn’t burn out. Too often you see kids with such amazing talent turn around and hate the sport because it stops being fun.

When this one hit Facebook, I was telling everyone to watch it. They all thought I was insane. I just said, “Watch it all the way to the end. Trust me. Your time will not be wasted.”

I just see this as natural selection. People who don’t have fast reaction times are being culled.

Came here to say this.

Interesting. I have always heard people say receiver when speaking about what that image calls a “trailer hitch,” and hitch when speaking about what that calls a “ball mount.”

Do the skins actually do anything to the usefulness of the weapon, or are they just like the old mod skins that everyone used to have?

As someone who has played CS since version 1.4, but never made the jump from Source to GO, what on earth are boxes, keys, and tickets?

You are thinking receiver, which is the thing that the hitch goes into. What this is talking about is not attaching to the standard ball mount hitch that would be used to tow a trailer. Don’t loop the rope around the ball, as it isn’t designed to handle that kind of force.

Back when I was doing defense work, we used Linux, Windows, and OS X. It all pretty much depended on what you were working on at that moment. I do remember how much of a pain it was when Microsoft said they weren’t supporting Windows XP anymore and were mandating that people moved to at least Windows 7.

My Engineering degree is actually what switched me over to using a Mac, coming from having run a small business building PCs for people. The Unix underpinnings of OS X mean that you get all of the tools that you are expected to be able to use when developing on Linux. You then also get the fancy UI and ease of use

Oh definitely. I couldn’t survive entirely in OS X, and neither could the majority of those people above. But when it comes to how well put together MacBooks are compared to their competitors, there aren’t very many in the same league.

I don’t know what you consider hardcore engineering, but the majority of the people I know in tech in Silicon Valley are using MacBooks. The few people that I know in Mechanical and Civil engineering are also using them as their primary computers as well.

Maybe they meant they had never owned their own car before this one?

I came here to say exactly this. Just maybe not so eloquently.
