Yeah, the crash site for the original Planet of the Apes, the river crossing scene in the Tim Burton PotA, Maverick (not sci-fi, but whatever), parts of Broken Arrow, and Ang Lee's Hulk movie, and Evolution was filmed in Page, AZ just a few miles from the lake. It's interesting how only a very few movies filmed there
