It’s actually pretty good but repetitive. Story is great though. I consider it a prequel to Peace Walker. I suggest you play it. Not sure why Portable Ops is not canon. This game explains more about the Philosopher’s Legacy, introduces the Colonel Roy Campbell, etc.
