I get that, but I think there’s a big difference between the two. Anger like your describing would presumably be directed toward someone (a customer, coworker, etc.) where crying is more of a personal issue. Again, I’m not saying crying at work should be something that happens on a normal basis, but I think we should

Fortunately no one expressed any negativity in those situations, and those co-workers were in their respective offices when it occurred, but yeah, I totally agree with you.

That’s true, I guess it’s somewhat situational. In the instances I’ve seen it, it was because a co-worker lost a loved one, and another who lost their dog. I can see how it could be manipulative in other scenarios though.

That’s a good point, I hadn’t thought of it that way.

I’ve had co-workers cry at work, and it’s never been an issue to me. I can’t stand the stigma our society has around crying. It is NOT a weakness. It’s a human expression. Not that crying at work should be happening every day, because that would likely be a sign of a larger problem, but if it happens, it happens. I

Chicken noises at 1:00. Lol.

Fun fact, Mark Mothersbaugh from Devo has actually written a good number of film scores. Notable examples include Thor: Ragnarok, The Lego Movie, and Cloudy with a Chance of Meatballs.

Addiction can be more powerful than rational thought. I agree with you, and I would probably find a new doctor too, but it’s like a counselor who has emotional issues to deal with outside of work. Just because you’re educated doesn’t mean you’re immune.

“Watch those hands wrap around the neck...”
And all without bending and over-extending the wrist. Forever jealous.

Another guy in a band here (like lovintheorange) and I can concur with him. I’m single at the moment, but in any past musical endeavors where I have been in a relationship I’ve always made it clear that my SO doesn’t need to come out. My current bass player is the same way with his SO, and our guitarist’s wife happens

Or maybe not. I was a teen boy once. I wasn’t an idiot like the kids in this video. Some parents do their jobs correctly, and their kids don’t fall for stupid peer pressure. Underscored6 sounds like they’ve got the right idea.

Good point. I’ll probably end up trading the Gibson for another guitar at some point, or selling if the price is right. A friend of mine is working on a PRS SE for me that I’m pretty excited about, and I have a feeling that once I own it I’ll never want to go back to the Gibson. I would rather someone get use out of

I agree. There are a few episodes I wouldn’t mind re-watching, but I’ll never re-watch the whole series again. I only just got around to seeing it last year, and you’re right - it does not age well.

There’s one thing sorely missing from this article - ergonomics. Make sure the guitar feels good to hold, and take your time to feel different cuts of guitar necks and see what feels comfortable for your fretting hand.

The biggest mistake I ever made was buying a Gibson Les Paul studio that has a neck like a baseball

End of Ze World.

I would pay $500 for the set if they just released the original trilogy in its original version at 4K.

Yup. It’s the same problem as grade inflation. I work in higher education and I think I came off of the tail-end of the generation of students who understood that a ‘C’ means you did just fine. Now, if most students don’t get an ‘A’ they think the did terribly. A ‘C’ is not a bad grade. It means you completed the

I was trying to figure out where I’ve heard Opus No. 1, and then I realize it’s on many telephone hold music lines. I had never heard it in a decent audio quality, and that’s what threw me off.

I just ran out of my supplement of omega-3s yesterday and thought to myself, “Do I really need this?” Then this article popped up this morning. I think I’ll just stick to my multi-vitamin.

Ah, I gotcha now. Yeah, people definitely should avoid holding a balance in the first place though.
