You rule.

I love you.

Oh, jealous (sometime medieval history student at a UK university mow living back in US here)! Also I just looked up the church and it is beautiful.

Replying to you for the purpose of mocking-without-ungreying the genius who told me that I would know about "mixed eggs" if I "look at recipes". That's a pretty big assumption to make right there, that I don't and have never looked at recipes and THAT is why I (and presumably the rest of us schmucks) have never heard

I was so sure this would turn out to be a "personal massager" as my mother in law's housewares magazines like to call them.

I also went down a Wikipedia rabbit hole, historical monarchs is my favorite one, too!

Sorry but I am hoping for Aethelthryth personally, or maybe Berengaria. There have been a lot of royal Matildas, I quite like that too (is it a bit hipster, though?).

How are the jeans? I want some dark wash skinny jeans and Target is one of like three places around here I can go to the store and actually try things on.

I follow Nicolette Mason's blog and I was expecting something much more cute based on the pictures she shared of herself and other bloggers modelling the collection. On them, it looked smart-casual and not so shapeless. Professional styling and photography, I guess, but I'd rather have had an honest review like

I really want a koala one!

What helped me the most when I felt the same (I know what I'm drawn to, but how do I make myself look like that?) was to follow a lot of style blogs and create a shopping list based on what I was seeing and liked. It's pretty easy to find them out there, you might search "plus sized street style" or something and

I don't think any of these people accurately described what I'm seeing, EXCEPT FOR panda suit lady. She does look comfy and happy! Love her!

I think part of it is that front-line staff (waiters, cashiers, counter service people, etc) do not feel/are not empowered to do anything like denying a customer what they ask for. Add to that that many of these customer-facing jobs are low-wage and held by younger people, so there's an additional feeling of being at

Right, a non-asshole would be like "Oh, I call them mixed but perhaps that is the same thing?" Or whatever. THAT'S the problem here.

I'm not saying you're lying, and I heard the story second hand, but...not only does your body contain salt, this woman was at an oceanfront resort. Salt and salt water all over everything. So you can see how people would be skeptical of this particular person's claims.

EXACTLY.

RETURN OF THE EGG WARS!!!!!!!!!

And drink it with a nice glass of piglio griglio!

Same way they become adults without ever hearing of scrambled eggs (seriously, IS there another generally-accepted/widely-known term for scrambled eggs? No, there is not.)
