Daniels and Strong have quite the unlikely (creative/business?) partnership.

It is a frequent entry in blind item posts. Also he really doesn't date anyone publicly. The last attempted romance was with Michelle Rodriguez who is actually an admitted lesbian, so I'm not sure why his PR team thought that would work. It was also a really bad idea to be around someone like her since she's clearly

It's definitely Anderson's weakest film. I thought almost all of the casting choices were strange. I read somewhere (PROBABLY ON THIS SITE) that PT originally wanted to give the Doc role to Robert DJ. I think that would have been a better choice. I think Joaquin is an incredible actor, but he did not pull of the

Do people even do PCP any more? That alone seems to prove the 'dust off' theory.

I agree with your statements, but I'm not hopeful that he will sustain unfortunately. He's been in and out of rehab, and has been hiding his sexual orientation since the beginning of his career.

Uh, 'spin'? Don't you mean 'tap'?

Maybe, but I think network programming in general has become less rigorous. I sincerely hope not, though. It most definitely is one of my top fave TV shows of all time.

^ For the take on Listen. For me, I think I'm less critical of his performances because he seems so genial IRL. Or at least the 'real life' of celebrity interviews. Also, he has those Coppola roots as well as the Anderson connection.

Which 'Man Bites Dog' are you referring to. The disturbing mockumentary or the Comedy Central series?

What indicator do you see that suggests Bob's Burgers will be cancelled after this season?

I seem to remember Mulaney doing a couple of Weekend Update bits himself.

Why does the 'industry' love Short so much? Every time he shows up on a talk show, he gets showered with praise. I don't get it. PT Anderson's worst casting decision was not Adam Sandler, but Martin Short in Inherent Vice. It was like he was in a totally different film than the other actors in his scenes.

I think the guy playing the doctor is one of Conan's writers. He's the one that tweeted about how lame Fallon's show is.

I remember screaming at the TV while watching this with my Mom.

I want cha-cha heels!

I'm sorry, but this film is one of the most dour fantasy films ever made. Give me Labyrinth over this film any day.

Triangle Shirtwaist Factory:

Hader did a great Little Edie, but Drew Barrymore's impersonation was even more spot on - as well as Jessica Lange's. If you've seen the original documentary and you enjoyed it, I highly recommend watching the Grey Gardens movie on HBO.

And the melted ice cream?

I found 'Knock, Knock, It's Tig" to be much more engaging and a better demonstration of her comic nimbleness.
