I am fine with the protests, what I am wondering is why transportation to/from the airports needs to be cut off. Transportation should be INCREASED, as the BART advertised to SFO. Making people trapped in the airport does not accomplish anything.

No, I agree, and I didn’t want it to come across as a comparison between issues. Just overall. Blocking people from being able to come and go from the airport is not necessary for a protest to work. The BART tweeted out something about travel to SFO airport being easy, encouraging people to go to the protest.
