I'm thinking he knows about her being one of the hands, because Sam has Junior's mom's journal and saw that painting of Angie. Or perhaps he mistook Angie for Melanie. Or because Angie saw the inside(?) of the locker.

I think Angie was killed because she was one of the four hands, and Sam wants to bring the Dome down… And that's how he plans on doing it. And he likes killing people.

I couldn't see exactly where he was, but I hope so.

I'm never going to forget seeing Bad Religion and when they played We're Only Gonna Die, some asshole yells out "Awesome, they're covering a Sublime song!"
