Thanks a whole lot corporate America. After 4 lousy weeks you are cutting your employees off from their earnings and I bet your stocks will still be ok. (I will say good for them to keep the health care benefits.) If it were 6months that might be a different story...but this is just greed. 

While Disney might be able to do better by their employees, not only are they negotiating with their unions (and there’s dozens representing different sorts of employees), I haven’t read stories about the unions being up in arms about the agreements being reached.

This is disgusting, whoever did it.

Brief suspensions like this are bullshit. For crap like this, they should start at two weeks and double for everything even approaching violation afterward. If we can’t knock some sense into these kind of habitual line steppers, we can at least remove them from the public sphere if they prove uneducatable.
