Real talk: I make six figures but am 40 years old and STILL paying off my student loans, and currently won’t be able to completely be rid of them until I am almost 50. I live in DC and the cost of living here is INSANE. My husband and I do very well salary wise but we have very little in savings and all our “wealth”

This is slightly off-topic because there is a LOT to say about the Ks treatment of Jordyn, but was anyone else seriously disturbed (though not surprised, given the family’s intense dysfunction) that Tristan threatened to kill himself to get out of being accountable for his behavior, and that he apparently does this

Man, these guys really won’t defend anything.

So, Ziggy is the reincarnation of Perry’s late brother?

First it was Ed and the rodent on his face ...

Me:  Who asked for this?  Nobody asked for this.

Thanks. He died here at home on December 23. He knew the end was approaching and said, “I’m sorry I’m wrecking Christmas.” I told him yeah, guess I’ll have to cancel the 55" TV (some he was always wanting to buy.) His death was brutal and the jokes faded away. He started to call me ma'am because he couldn't remember

Update via Sickthings, the main Alice Cooper fan site:

There was a popular media personality in Phoenix, Bill Heywood who with his wife did just the same thing. I know that Alice knew him. Bill and his wife were extremely close. They checked into a hotel that had a foyer that led into the bedroom with a door inside the exterior door. They posted a note on the inner door

I love almost everything about Alice Cooper, but I do hope this is something they wouldn't really do. Their kids don't need to lose them both at the same time, at the very least.

Nick Andros is a DRIFTER, not a grifter.

The 90s were a great time for this type of horror movie. IKWYDLS, Scream, Urban Legend, The Craft, all the Freddy/Jason/Michael Myers movies.

It’s not at the top of anyone’s list, but I think Urban Legend might vie for that title (admittedly I have a soft spot for the film). It had Tara Reid, the Noxzema girl (Rebecca Gayheart), Jared Catalano (Jared Leto), Pacey Witter (Joshua Jackson - with a terrible bleach blonde look), the daughter from the Cybil TV

Very dark. After her daughter’s murder in ‘89 she only wrote one other YA novel as well as a non-fiction book titled “Who Killed My Daughter?” which she hoped to write a sequel to after the murder was solved, but it never was....

My friends and I used to say that to each other all the time, that and “Why are you like this?” “Like what?” “Like, how you are!”

So you also don’t remember that he wasn’t in the Seattle cast and didn’t make his debut until three years later on the “Back to New York” season ;-) But I do agree - good on him for making his dreams come true.

I used to love him. I remember her wrote that note about there not being enough diversity in the house and everyone assumed Stephen wrote it. Someone needs to find Cynthia and Dan from RW: Miami. I loved them and would love to know what they were up to now.

Hawaii was definitely a turning point, but I don’t think people felt more fake at that point . . . just drunker. I feel like that was the season that MTV really discover that keeping the cast liquored up all the time changed the dynamic. But the cast members still felt like real people for the most part, just real

Oh, I wanted to fuck him so bad back in the day!

You have done the Lord’s Work, Tracy. Seattle was probably one of my last seasons of truly being in love with the Real World.
