Totally. Homer has friends from all walks of life, and while he may have knee-jerk conservative reactions to things he doesn’t immediately understand (immigration, homosexuality), he cares about people and has true empathy for those around him.

Homer is easily swayed to the dark side of the GOP, like when he became a Fox News pundit, but he always comes around and listens to people who know better (usually Lisa).

How have I not heard this Chevy story until now? I live in Westchester and the papers here love to report on any goings-ons with the local celebs. This should have been breaking news!

Agree. As someone who starts sweating the second I enter the gym, sweatpants are way too hot. I prefer yoga pants and workout tights which keep me much cooler and I don’t have to be conscious of the amount of fabric I’m wearing.

He was barely featured in the spread too. There’s a picture of him outside with his bikes, but none of them together. It was clear that this is very much ‘her’ house.

Seriously. There’s nothing less friendly looking than a dog running full tilt at you and your kid. I don’t care if he just wants to lick or be pet, it’s unnerving.

This is such a beautiful strategy for her in the house though; they’re going to keep her around so she keeps talking in the hopes that she drops some serious knowledge.

My husband was finally diagnosed as bipolar when our son was around a year old. This definitely played into our decision to only have one kid. There are some days when he’s a fully engaged parent and partner, and others when he can’t keep his eyes open; the unpredictability of it is the most frustrating part.

She definitely did, made her own suit and showed up all over Hollywood in it, including the WB lot. It did not work out for her.

Same, though I’m the one trying to break the cycle. My four year old son gets all the hugs and kisses he can stand and he’s free to cry as long as he needs to when he’s hurt or sad. At this point, he thinks a big hug can solve anything and I’m okay with that.
