I agree. I think Edgar would have been in the director mix if it weren’t for that.

I don’t mind Boss Baby as much as Trolls (they’ve both been in steady rotation in my house the past few weeks). Also, being that my kid is and will remain an only child, the beginning of Boss Baby really terrified him about the idea of siblings, so I don’t think he’ll be bothering me about that any time soon.
I really like it.
Our bookstores left over 10 years ago. They’re trying to revitalize the mall now, but I don’t know how well it’s going to work.
lol, my mall still has a Claire’s and a Spencers.
Hell yeah it is. Harding is banned for life from skating - Nancy didn’t have to include that factoid if it wasn’t a dig at Tonya.
I agree, but it’s been normalized to the point where people don’t talk about it or think of it as that weird anymore.
Isn’t it possible that she didn’t remember the Dylan aspect of the story and only knew the more sensationalized Soon-Yi part of the story? I’m about Greta’s age and I did not remember much about Dylan’s role in all of this until just a few years ago.
It seems like Sara was the one that brought the idea to the network and was spearheading the whole thing, but we all know how Roseanne is...
Yup. This definitely tracks with mid-60s blue collar white people who drank the republican kool-aid. If the Connors were an actual couple they 100% would have voted for Trump. What I do hope is that the show takes it’s time to illustrate to them how this was the wrong choice, but I don’t know if that will happen.
Bad romantic match, yes. But I think he’s good for her on a friend/mentor level. The revival made it clear that he still cares greatly for her, but I hope they keep it platonic.
yvan eht nioj!
I get the sense that she wanted this to be HER moment, and is now upset at the larger movement that is taking place. She keeps saying that she’s been planning to come forward with her book and the documentary for 3 years which sounds like a way to invalidate everyone else who has come forward this year.
I think the episode as a whole really felt like a Tales from the Crypt episode. The arguments between Jack and Carrie fit perfectly in tone with the other segments including the big comeuppance for Rolo at the end.
As far as I recall, Grindhouse was always a Weinstein movie, it was basically part of the selling point of it. I don’t know why this was a shock to Rose.
That was me but with the veneers. I would gladly take some embarrassment to fix this hatchet mouth.
Wow, that’s exactly what I thought it was until I read this comment. I thought he was wearing a flannel over a muscle tee.
This is the first thing that came to my mind when I read that tweet and posted it to my twitter. Our president is dumber and less interested in learning than Homer Simpson.
You are a better person than I. I will continue to be mad at anyone (aside from my brother) who decides to call me Jenny until the end of time.
It’s amazing to see the amount of vitriol that is still being directed at the new GB. There have been hundreds of ‘bad’ movies (I quite liked it) since then, but anytime it comes up the hate parade starts all over.
