I get really fed up with people comparing fruit juice to soda. I have even heard fruit compared to candy because of the 'hidden sugar' content. It completely ignores the way different sugars metabolise in the body. Yes fruit juice has no fruit fibre but it also has no caffeine, carbonation or hfcs.
