This is one of those articles that makes me happy about being an expat. One thing we get here in Asia (along with decent public transportation and universal health care) are airlines that are not terrible. JAL will give you good-size mini bottle of sake when the drinks car comes around. Cathay's food is good...for

I don't laugh at Twilight because I don't like it (although I have read most of the first book - I couldn't finish it, it was so bad, and I saw part of the first movie on TV on a rainy day - I couldn't finish it, it was so bad).

Unfortunately, this is not quite true.

Technically I'm a "Mayflower type" (I qualify for entry into the DAR), but no old money to prove it :(

It's not even an attempt to make them scarce. Most people want there to be enough women in India, comparable to men (so they can do the housework and birth babies and be wives to their sons, duh)*.

Oh, to be in a position where I could be a "repeat customer" at a store selling antique oriental rugs...

I don't mean "operation" as in "going under the knife" per se...but the thought of shoving that thing through my cervix and then pulling it back out again if it isn't working for me....yoooooow!

Here's the problem: if you never tell the other person what they've done wrong...or if it's been a lot of little things that could have been resolved/might have never happened if you'd nipped it in the bud early, not only might you never have gotten to the point of cutting someone out of your life, but they might very

Not a fan of Taiwan Pizza Hut because I'm not a fan of Pizza Hut anywhere.

But one of Mirena's side effects is increased risk of migraine and headache, and that scares me. I get them now, and the thought of them getting worse (and then having to get the Mirena taken out, which is another painful operation) just sounds like so much hell that I tear up when I start thinking about it.

Heya. I don't love birth control. I mean I love it for other women, but I am faced with the very real need to go on it (long, hilarious - OK not hilarious - story about a too-thick uterine lining that needs to be regulated). My choices are:

Headaches and bad cravings are from the caffeine. They could drink nice, healthy tea (or coffee - it's not bad for you) and get rid of that side effect if they wanted to.

There is also treatment and chlorination that even the best filters can't get out, and sometimes is present in bottled water. Water can taste really gross y'know. Not all water, but many treated waters (and untreated ones, too).

I will say one thing in that mom's defense. Perhaps the water in her area is over-chlorinated or otherwise has a weird flavor, and the kid is just very sensitive to that. I know I can't drink straight tap water, and some bottled waters, because they have a taste I just don't like. I grew up on well water so any kind

The important question is, why is he dressed like a bumblebee?

I was in Cairo in 09 and saw a mix and covering and not. I felt fine without one, but once we left Cairo I put on a small one (more like a silk bandanna really) just so I Felt I fit in more.

Me toooooo!

I think there are a lot of guys who'd prefer there be 'husband material' all over a woman's fa....oh, that's not what you meant.

If he really was homophobic, he wouldn't have attended and happily given a gift, is how I see it. I think he was just being mean and spiteful because those ladies? THEY CRAY.

I'm lucky then. Together 5, married about 3, he loves my cooking, does more chores than I do, isn'pick key, moved to another country for me (just for me!) and is happy with it, openly identifies as feminist, is very respectful of my time and preferences, is extremely supportive..great guys are out there. I swear!
