I wanted Chase for bachelor. He too seems to have all the personality of a robot, but the kids say he is charming on social media! (I refuse to do Snapchat.)

She’s the perfect reality TV villain and just like any 24-year old “business owner” with a nanny, she will always get what she wants.
I mean, she was bound and gagged by a group of men. It’s not like they stole it while she was sleeping or something.
Everyone who insisted Kim faked the robbery can queue up here, I have your crow. Eat up!
Cheers to Jay for throwing something correctly.
I mean, I think him being a white man isn’t that important to the story - the event in his past, the reason for his grief, is the worst. It would be the worst no matter who it happens to. And I think him being inarticulate and not talking about his feelings is due to the event itself, not the “men can’t talk about…
Agreed. I saw it because Moonlight was sold out and it was playing at the same time. I wasn’t interested in seeing it but I was with my mom, who was. And his performance really is excellent. The line “I can’t beat it” wrecked me.
GO SEE IT. It might look like a cliché, but the realism is just unbelievable. Fantastic acting all around. I could have watched another six hours of it.
You don’t actually sound like you’ve seen the movie.
What, THAT asshole from Fashionable Male?
You could always see it and actually judge it from viewing it. As of now you don’t know if what you are saying is actually fact. You are only assuming it is. From what I’ve heard his performance is gut wrenching. Like you will be in a wreck because he will tear your heart out.
he is a garbage person but it’s a great performance
I want to see Ruth Negga win ALL of the awards, for her portrayal of Tulip in Preacher. She is bloody brilliant, takes a character that could easily have been one-note and cartoonish, and makes her into the most layered and sympathetic character in the show.
Reminder of context: Donald Glover was raised in the Jehovah’s Witnesses. (I was as well.) Not only is magic in its most literal sense banned, you’re not really allowed to dream big or have fantasies about your future. There’s no wonderment. There’s no delight. Becoming a performer, artist, athlete, or anything else…
Seriously? Out of all the plays, television shows and movies he’s done, two of them have a religious plot and that’s too much for you? How do you go through life thinking that way?
I wrote a long thing about La La Land in a different comment so won’t repeat, but I think it’s worth seeing! Music and dancing were way underwhelming, but thought Gosling and Stone were great and their romance was really lovely and delicate. Definitely flawed, but I think the extreme hate is pretty unfair and trendy.…
i think emma stone won tonight because the golden globes split best actress into comedy/musical and drama, while the oscars do not. the drama category is STACKED. she’s not getting an oscar for la la land.
I eye rolled the entire opening 15 minutes, thought there was some plot stuff that didn’t make sense, and was underwhelmed majorly by music and dancing. Also the whole white dude saves jazz fantasy was annoying. Buuut even so, it really moved me. I thought it was visually gorgeous, and Emma Stone and Ryan Gosling were…
Winner for worst speech of the night: Tom Hiddleston and his cringe worthy story from South Sudan.
Absolutely wonderful speech. And suit.
