I liked him for Rory in the original series and the revival. He did want her as a mistress (though maybe he was taking what he could get since Rory was his #1 choice but turned down his proposal years ago), but Rory had the boyfriend that she always “forgot” even existed. Rory is terrible! Personally, I saw the

I like Logan and I don’t care who knows. Not that Logan is perfect, by any means, but neither is Rory, despite having the entire township of Stars Hollow convinced otherwise.

Look, I am the biggest GG fan ever, but she is the worst actress. The WORST. She is beautiful. And nice, I’m sure. Smart probably! But... worst.

Yeah, I was disappointed to see her cast in this. While I enjoyed her in Gilmore Girls back in the day, her acting range is really limited and I usually find her a little insufferable in the other things I’ve seen her in.

She’s going to ruin The Handmaid’s Tale. I’m disappointed. She’s going to stiffly mumble-squeak her way through all of Ofglen’s dialogue.

Good. They damn well deserve to be charged with hate crimes. Maybe in the future, right-wing internet commenters will actually wait at the very least 24 hours before screaming about how the police are biased against white people. Not wasting my breath, though.

When she chooses to avoid the occasional politicization of her talkshow even though doing so could actually help people?

I think she’s ‘walked the walk’ more than enough in her career that she can pick her battles and how to win them. Burrell was awful and she wasn’t rewarded for that. Ellen earned her national platform and gets to decide who she shares it with. There wasn’t any need to punch down. That’s how Trump operates, not Ellen.

If she had been vicious, people would have said “You can’t win people over by being so nasty.” That would have been bullshit tone policing. This is a pretty nasty cousin to tone policing, demanding that someone who has been affected by bigotry address that bigotry in a perfectly acceptable (to you) way.

Kim k, I don’t care

That wasn’t weed.

If they were tripping, this story is awesome.

But have you ever been to Disney ON WEED?

I’m watching the hell out of this. I’ve missed him so much since Dont Trust the B**** in Apt 23 was canceled.

I’m surprised you have 6 stars because that means 6 people actual understood what you were trying to say...

A bit off topic, but: I saw John Oliver perform live on New Year’s Eve in Detroit and damned if I didn’t get foggy with emotion just seeing him walk on stage. The mix of actual tears and laughter came later as he talked about his love for this weird country and its eccentric people. I think that’s what sets aside

Not that I am aware of. Nor does he claim to “destroy” anything, articles written about his segments are the ones that love to use that terminology (including Jezebel).

My decades long general unease towards Angelina Jolie (the makeout session on the red carpet with her brother, the vials of blood with Billy Bob, the terrible movies, et al) has ripened into a full blown distaste.

She is afraid public will learn Brad is not the father of any of her children. - Maury

I thought the same thing. You still had a bunch of the usual painfully empty-headed giggly-girls, but there were a surprising number who seemed intelligent, with real careers they care about - like the lawyer and the ICU nurse.
