It’s very slow-burn for all the characters, but sticking with it will pay off in the long run. Mad Men is a staunchly feminist show.

One thing we do know, is that at least in his youth, he was a GREAT actor because he was totally believable as Lloyd Dobler.
Oh, no! I’ve never heard anything about his sister before! Now I have a fresh sad :-(
OMG, yes! When I was allowed (ahem) to follow his Twitter, his spelling was so bad! And he was constantly screwing up links.
I am unsurprised. Also very sorry you had to deal with his ego in real life :P
I never liked him.
John Cusack was a massive dick to me on Twitter when he apparently thought I’d tweeted something rude to him (I made comment on one of his tweets about how depressing the linked video was — which it was and was meant to be, so...?)
I have a friend who has worked for many years at Barnes and Noble in a mid-sized city in one of the more conservative states in the Midwest and has transitioned during that time. Health care and transition needs were, I understand from friend, covered (or at least as much as anything is covered by one’s work…

Less taxes!! What utter assholes.
I think this is a pretty sick burn (via Jia’s article about Tidal earlier today)
I will never understand mean pranks like that at all but especially done by alleged “friends.”
No. No, there is not. I use Heinlein fandom to judge people the same way I use Ayn Rand fandom.
I was working third shift at a soul-killing job and during handover to the morning shift, we had to explain a minor mess-up which we were all staying to help sort out. It wasn’t a big deal and this was one of those completely pointless jobs where what we did was shift around data that had no bearing on anything in the…
