I actually fist-pumped and yelled, "YES!" when #13 showed up. That episode is so effing fantastic. Great to see so many DS9s included, and I think I might need to go back and give Enterprise a second chance. This is an excellent list. I have no quibbles.

God, I love that show... TIME FOR A REWATCH!

Yes, but in season 5 the Council comes fully back into play and Buffy insists that Giles be restored with back pay. Not a word is spoken about the Slayer's rights and privileges from the Council, even in passing, and the next season (well before the Council gets blown up), even after having died for the cause

And adulthood was pretty young for the vast majority of the time the Slayer existed so most of the time, the Slayer would have been considered an adult or at least of marriageable age at 15, 16, 17 and even younger going back through history, so, no, tie-in writer, your attempt at covering the series' illogic on this

That pissed me off in the episode where we find out Giles is on salary but then later they don't step up and put Buffy on a stipend when she's no longer a minor. Idiotic. I honestly think they (Whedon & Co) did that and never addressed the issue because they wanted the Buffy-struggles storylines but it made zero

Nice to see everyone focusing on what's important here: how Chelsea Clinton looks in a candid photo.

She has to what with *hair-flip* being one of those girls who doesn't have friends who are girls *giggle*

Oh, Andrea. Vapid, narcissistic, and under the thrall of the Patriarchy is no way to go through life.

I can't even work up a good eye-roll over this. It's fairly embarrassing for humanity that this "brand" exists for someone to "ruin" in the first place.

Gonna go with the bowl of petunias, myself. It's seen some shit.

That is because Rory Williams is fucking awesome.

That was my thought, too, "Erm... Ox...bridge-ian?" but I was hesitant to hazard that guess directly :)

In a similar vein, Lois McMaster Bujold likes to refer to mainstream fiction as "the world's largest shared-universe series."

Reminds me of Michael Palin's a bit...

Those aren't stilettos. They're 2" heels max. A small heel is actually fine for a lot of active things (see: cowboy boots).

Wouldn't THAT be a kick in the head! I effing love that movie.

That is a boy (Atreyu) pulling a horse from The Neverending Story.

Adorable. My big cat Liffey is like that with brushing. It is the best thing ever in the world to her.

This is absolutely what I was thinking as the episode ended. Why does it feel as if they're ignoring everything they built in the Fiftieth Anniversary episode? They set things up to be brighter and happier but this Doctor is even more self-loathing and grim than Nine and he had literally just left the scene of the (he

Oh, my cats FULLY know where the pointer is and they kind of half-heartedly play with the dot and then just look from it to me with an indulgent look.
