Actually no. Jon’s claim doesn’t matter who his parents are. The Lords in the north legitimized him as King in the North. As of this point all that matters is Jon is half Stark. It doesn’t matter that’s he is not Ned’s. A lot people aren’t grasping that royalty in Westeros and real life doesn’t matter unless the

After they disappeared together, Brandon, with Rickard in tow, skipped Brandon’s wedding to Cat at Riverrun (which is why many folks believe the rumor of an abduction was started by Littlefinger) and high tailed it to Kings Landing, where they were promptly murdered horrifically by Aerys.

You can also just ask Siri.

The other explanation is that the scene wasn’t written with diehard fan theorists in mind (I’m constantly meeting avid show fans who’ve never even heard of R + L = J), and that they proactively intended to withhold the truth of Jon’s paternity until a time at which it’ll have more immediate and impactful plot

You say Jon has a stronger claim than Dany, but you are basing that on the omniscient perspective afforded us as members of the viewing audience. We know his true parentage.

The opening sequence was just brillantly done. The haunting score combined with the direction lead to a beautiful and high tension moment that culminated with Cersei going full Mad Queen on half the city. Her torture of Ulena was wonderfully horrible. Tommen’s suicide was perfectly dark as well.

Melisandre leaving is setting up her meeting with Jorah next season. She will cure him of Greyscale. My prediction.

Three births that would have ended in mothers dying in childbirth, actually, as I think Dany’s mother died giving birth?

I don’t think we skipped over them sailing to Westeros. I think we skipped over Dorne and HG sailing to Meereen. My reasoning is that I don't think the Dothraki would spend any more time on ships than they absolutely have to. If they had reached Westeros, those guys are hopping off and hoofing it the rest of the way.

Prophecies abound!

No, god people overlook everything. In the fleet wideshot they had Dorne ships with the Sun and the broken spear. It’s obvious that they both join up from Essos at the bottom of Dorne before they move into the rest of Westeros. He wasn’t teleporting. It was on the way.
