Whatever this is, it can’t be nearly as much fun as Roar(1981) starring Tippi Hedrin and a teenage Melanie Griffiths and a pack of UNTAMED LIONS roaming around their Tarzana estate.

Looks like Kidman’s plastic surgery is finally mellowing.  I hope she knocks it off from here on out.

I loved GLOW (with a few exceptions) so I’m optimistic, but you know anthology series are rarely even.  Whatever, Merritt Wever 4 life!

It’s not an immutable characteristic, but it’s hard enough being a plus-sized actor when their roles aren’t being played by thin people in fat suits.

I cared not for this, so my only strong opinion here is that, having recently rewatched Batman ‘89, it’s nuts that it seems to be the cool thing to do to gloss over Nicholson’s portrayal of Joker. Ledger was great in a very specific role, but Nicholson was pretty fucking fantastic too. He's funny, he's goody, he's

I miss when the AV Club used to review cartoon shows.

I was hoping for the ultimate irony of seeing one of their ads in the interstitials.

THE LAWNMOWER 3.0

Cecily Strong is out because she’s making her NYC stage debut in a limited run revival of Jane Wagner and Lily Tomlin’s The Search for Signs of Intelligent Life in the Universe, which runs until early Feb.

Ha! I was thinking the same thing with the way they started off this season.

I like to think of this show as “Religious Succession.”

Meanwhile, Ridley Scott thinks Wes is lazy. :)

The other other weird baby film to which he’s referring is most likely Annette.

I’m glad I’m not the only one having this opinion. I felt really bad when my overwhelming reaction to Titane was “That’s it?” because I was told that this was a movie unlike no other. And while that kind of tracks, my expectations were wildly different I suppose.

Titane is all hype. Its a weird movie for sure but that doesn’t qualify it as shoe in for an Oscar nomination. There have been far better films in the past that have been snubbed that have more of a beef with the Academy than Titane does.

And that’s really saying something, too....

It is not an oversight. The show is being internationally broadcast across many different channels and platforms. I trust the global readership of The A.V. Club are able to google their own broadcasting information.

Guess I don’t have to watch it now.

Everybody focuses on the obvious sitcom parody but look at the hour-long drama elements and tell me those aren't also pretty satirical. Her answer to an unhappy marriage? Murder! And how does she intend to achieve that? Drugs! She's cheating on her husband with an old boyfriend who used to be her boss and is once

I’m glad they’re wrapping this up soon. After the season finale when Kevin literally f**ked himself, I felt there wasn’t anywhere else for this show to go.
