I think her big mistake(besides letting him get under her skin) was calling him a transphobe without at least building the case first. You make your argument and then state your conclusion. Stating your conclusion first just makes you seem like you’re throwing things against the wall.

She did not eviscerate him. She derailed the conversation to lecture him on trans-inclusive language, and then accused him of causing trans people to commit suicide because he was confused about trans-inclusive language.

She was literally just convicted of maliciously lying about domestic abuse.

I mean honestly, I wouldn’t be surprised if he did get a lot or even most of it. AFAIK the burden of proof for defamation is insanely high even for non-celebrities, so the fact that he flat out won is already pretty unbelievable to begin with.

That’s really the long and short of it. I knew she was going to lose when she couldn’t find it in herself to say she didn’t donate that money. 

Her defense didn’t have a great case. Hard to defend a defamation case when your client can’t stop perjuring herself on the stand. 

LMAO he’s not going to see a red cent of that. This case is a good reminder that credibility matters. Amber Heard perjured herself on the stand multiple times throughout this litigation. The jurors rightfully found that everything she said was therefore bullshit. 

Commenters have been telling me for a month straight that the UK trial PROVED Depp was guilty of physical violence and abuse against Heard. I guess him winning this case PROVES he didn’t and that she was the primary aggressor!
