Too true, too true. I only meant that early film projects I’ve seen during college were awfully dependent on gimmicks like that title card to relay their narrative. If you can’t trust your audience enough not to hold their hand, then what’s the point?

Wolf Children might be a bit advanced for a 5 yr old, but it is so gorgeous, that I’m sure she’d still enjoy it. I’m thinking it’d be more appropriate for ages 7-10. I watched it with my mother (we are two grown adults), and we were both sobbing messes. It’s a wonderful film for parents and their kids.

It was bonkers how many ults were exploding all over the place, and if you got the payload 0.5m away from the point, the opposing team could rally like crazy, put you into minutes-long overtime and win. Yes!! I’ve been using these for over a decade. I love that they also change them from time to time to make them better. The bumpy (but gentle) texture never fails to remove my eye makeup (gel eye liner and waterproof mascara.) I would be SO SAD if they ever discontinue these.
