Except this isn’t actually true. I can tell you’d like this to be true, because it would validate some motivated set of opinions you have about Steam, but it isn’t. The reviews are usually fairly helpful, or at least valid.

Who cares? It’s obviously not interfering with your enjoyment that the games you like have “mixed” reception. Does everything have to be “extremely positive”?
