Yeah, you cannot hurt your eyes (as in cause them permanent damage or contract pathological eye diseases) by spending a lot of time looking at computer monitors or other screen devices. That’s not how it works, and anyone who says it does is feeding a line of bullshit, most likely to sell you something you don’t need.
